3. Non-returnable Items
Customized or personalized bags are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
5. Process for Returns

Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a return shipping label.
